(Missourinet) -  Is the ballot language dealing with a proposed state health insurance exchanged biased?

The Missouri secretary of state says no, others like Lt. Governor Peter Kinder are crying foul.

A judge in Cole County (Jefferson City) will try to sort out the controversy when he holds a hearing this afternoon.

Kinder is seeking a restraining order to prevent ballots from being shipped to service people before the wording can be changed.
