Semi With Cattle Overturned At James River And 65
A tractor trailer with a load of cattle overturned at James River Freeway and Highway 65.
Authorities say the driver will be OK.
The cattle are being off loaded to another vehicle owned by the traffic company.
No other injuries were reported.
