Ozarks Family Farm Settles With State Over Selling Raw Milk
A farming family from Conway has reached a settlement with state prosecutors over selling raw milk.
The Bechard Family faced charges of selling the milk away from the farm without a license. Under the settlement, the Bechards can only sell milk to someone who sets up a delivery first.
The family faced similar scrutiny in Springfield last year and now makes deliveries to customers at a spot outside city limits.
