Update: Traffic Back To Normal On I-44 Eastbound
Authorities have reopened I-44 eastbound at mile marker 65.
Crews had closed one lane earlier this morning, so rescue workers could transport a man who was injured in the crash to a local hospital for treatment.
The man's injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
