Christian County commissioner Tom Huff has turned in his resignation.
Huff pleaded not guilty last month to using his position to get work for his asphalt and sealing business.
He hasn't been to a commission meeting since December 2010 because of an injury.
He'll be replaced by the winner of the race between Republican Ray Weter and Democrat Danny Thompson.
