MARMADUKE, Ark. (AP) - The Greene County Sheriff's Department says a man was killed when his tractor flipped over and pinned him underneath. The Paragould Daily Press reports the accident happened Tuesday afternoon on U.S. 49 near Marmaduke. Capt. Bruce Drope says the accident apparently happened after a chain hooked onto a tree and the tractor's drawbar. When the driver operated the tractor, the drawbar snapped and caused the tractor to fall on top of the man. Greene County emergency crews responded to the accident, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released.
