Springfield Murder Suspect Will Soon Learn His Fate

In a little more than two weeks, James Duke from Springfield will learn his fate.
Duke is charged with murdering 17-year-old Hillcrest High school classmate Cody Ray on the front porch of his northside home in March of 2010.
Duke, now 20, claims he was sent to Ray's home by another teen who thought Ray was a snitch.
The other man, Jordan Martin, has yet to stand rial for Ray's murder.
A judge from Greene County will issue his ruling on August 23rd.
