Second Drowning In Same Day On Beaver Lake
A man's body was pulled from Beaver Lake near Springdale, Arkansas, doubling the number of people who drowned in the lake that same day.
Police say Michael Bonds, from Eureka Springs, was swimming with some friends when he had a leg cramp and couldn't get back to the boat. A friend tried to bring the boat closer, but Bonds went under water before the friend could get there.
Investigators say alcohol was not a factor.
