A water skiing accident on Table Rock Lake has sent a teen from Texas to the hospital in serious condition.
Crews with Southern Stone County Fire say the 16-year-old jumped in the water with skis on. The operator thought the boat was in neutral, but the propeller caught one of the skis and sucked the teen's leg into the prop.
The boy was airlifted to the hospital and is in serious, but stable condition.
