No Foul Play In Death Of Joplin Jail Inmate
The Joplin police department has results back from the autopsy on a jail inmate found dead in his cell Thursday.
The autopsy on Mark L. Willis was performed in Columbia, and police say the results show Willis died of natural causes.
He was 50-years-old.
Willis, who was from Joplin was found dead in his cell during a routine check by jail staff.
Willis had a cell to himself, and there were no obvious signs of foul play or suicide.
