Three Counts Of Statutory Sodomy Filed Against Man From Springfield

A man has been charged with sodomizing a four-year-old girl several times while living in the home of an unlicensed daycare owner.
Greene County prosecutors say Rocky Pliler is a convcited sex offener.
The woman who runs the daycare says she does not believe what police say about Pliler, whose bond is set at $250,000 and he'll be in court next on August 21.
She says there are several kids they would watch, and there have never been any complaints.
Griffin and Pliler started the daycare by running an ad on Craigslist.
Pliler is also charged with failing to register in Greene County as a sex offender.
He was convicted in Jasper County in 1997.
The victim in that case was 6-years-old.
