Pro-Marijuana Group in Springfield Moving Forward
It looks like Springfield city council will consider a petition to decriminalize the penalty for having 35 grams or less of marijuana.
Show-Me Cannabis, after falling short by more than 600 valid signatures ,has collected more than enough valid signatures to place the issue before Springfield city council at its next meeting on August 13th.
Council can either change the ordinance or put the issue on the ballot in November.
