Springfield Wins Second In A Row Against Travelers

The Springfield Cardinals jumped out to an early 5-0 lead after three innings and road to a 7-3 victory over the Arkansas Travelers in North Little Rock for their second straight in over the Travelers.

Cardinals starter Scott McGregor pitched seven  strong innings allowing three runs on six hits with three strikeouts.

Deryk Hooker and Eric Fornataro pitched the final two innings wrapping up the Cardinal victory.

The double A Card will go for the sweep at 7:10 tonight.

Richard Castillo will be on the hill for the Cardinals.
