Branson May Allow Deer Hunting
Too many crashes involving deer may cause the city of Branson to allow limited or controlled hunting within city limits
A plan proposed by the chief of police would allow hunting during bow and arrow season, guns would not be allowed.
Hunters would also have to have proper permits and safety training.
The plan is similar to what other cities, including Springfield have implemented over the years.
City aldermen will hear more when they meet on August 28th.
