St. Louis Mom Charged With Making Kids Fight
ST. LOUIS (AP) - Prosecutors in St. Louis say a 21-year-old woman ordered a pair of toddlers to engage in a fistfight, then posted a video of the sobbing tots on Facebook.
KMOV-TV reports Latonya Davis was charged Tuesday with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
A police affidavit says the allegations involve Davis' 2-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old boy she was babysitting between June 25 and July 2. Police say Davis directed the toddlers to fight each other while she made a video that she posted on her Facebook page.
The investigating officer says Davis is heard laughing and encouraging the children to hit each other with their fists while they cry hysterically.
