Arkansas Man Wins $1 Million On Instant Ticket
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas lottery officials say a West Fork man has won $1 million on an instant ticket. Officials say Frank Karnes purchased an Arkansas Millionaires Club instant game ticket for $20 at Greenland Mini Mart in Greenland. Officials say Karnes works three jobs to take care of his five children, two of which are about to enter college. They say he will use part of the money to pay bills and for college expenses.
