At least one dead body has been found in a house in the 1700 block of south Fremont near University in Springfield.
Police Corporal Matt Brown tells KTTS News co-workers and then family members became concerned when they couldn't reach anyone in the house.
Police entered the home at ten Monday morning and found at least one body, maybe more.
Investigators backed out and are getting a search warrant.
Brown says what officers saw makes them believe this is a suspicious death.
