Salvation Army Getting Kids Prepared For Start Of School
The Salvation Army in Springfield is distributing back to school assistance today to kids who have already signed up for help, and that includes backpacks and other supplies.
The hand out is by appointment only and has been going on throughout the day. Extra assistance is needed with the distribution, so if you'd like to volunteer, they could use you between 4-8 pm. Call 763-1357 if you can help.
