Alleged Arkansas Killer Claims He Was Mentally Ill
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Records show that an Arkansas man suspected of killing his parents and abducting his sister claimed to be mentally ill in 2007 before eventually pleading guilty to assaulting a family or household member. Antonio Whitlow was arrested Saturday in Memphis, hours after his parents were found in their home in Little Rock, about 135 miles away. Authorities say his 12 year old sister was with him and seemed unharmed.
