Springfield School Bus Driver Charged With Sexual Misconduct
The Greene County Prosecutor's Office has filed misdemeanor sexual misconduct charges against a Springfield school bus driver.
Court papers say back on May 15th 60-year-old Charles J. Johnson IV parked his bus at the intersection of Scott and Hutchinson Streets, opened the door and proceeded to stand on the steps and urinate from the bus.
This was witnessed by at least one child, an 11-year-old girl and two adults from their driveway.
Court papers go on to indicate that Johnson was aware he was exposing himself and being watched.
His next court appearance is September 7.
