Its five years in prison for a man from Ava who Springfield federal prosecutors say used a file sharing program to get child porn over the Internet.

Back in February 38-year-old David Hicks pleaded guilty to the charge, and a co-defendant 28-year-old Ronnie Landsdown, also from Ava was convicted by a jury and he awaits sentencing.

A task force traced activity to a couple of computers and found images of kids younger than 12 involved in sexual acts.
