A building at Fort Leonard Wood has been dedicated to Missouri's first fallen female soldier in Iraq.
Sgt. Amanda Pinson, from St. Louis, died in 2006 near Tikrit when a mortar went off. Her name lives on at a training center, dedicated on July 26, 2012.
