New developments in a high-profile murder case out of the Ozarks.
Chris Collings has filed his first appeal to his death sentence for raping and killing a 9-year-old girl.
Collings was convicted in March of killing Rowan Ford, who was from Stella.
Ford's body was found in 2009.
