Record High In Joplin, Springfield Ties Record

A record high for the date and a record high temperature tied.
When the mercury hit 104 in Joplin on Wednesday, it broke the old mark of 103 set in 1952.
The high in Springfield was 102, matching the record which was set in 1986.
