Nixon Names New Judges In St. Louis and Kansas City

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri Governor Jay Nixon is appointing new circuit court judges in St. Louis and Kansas City. Associate Circuit Court Judge Michael Stelzer is being promoted to a circuit court judgeship in St. Louis. Meanwhile, Kevin Harrell was also appointed to serve as a circuit judge in Jackson County, which includes most of Kansas City.
