You'll see some state employees rallying on Park Central Square in downtown Springfield during the noon hour.
They want state health care officials to hold the line on what workers have to pay.
The Missouri Consolidated Health Care board is meeting in Jefferson City this week.
If the board fails to act, state workers will have to start paying more for their health insurance.
