Cop Murder Trial Continues In Arkansas
PARAGOULD, Ark. (AP) - Testimony is set to continue today in the trial of a man accused of killing a Truman police officer. Jerry Lard is charged with capital murder in the shooting death of officer Jonathan Schmidt. A medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Schmidt's body is expected to take the stand sometime today.
