Animal Call Saves Elderly Woman In Pulaski County
If the horse had left like a neighor wanted it to, this story might not have a happy ending.
The sheriff says Pulaski County Deputy Beth Kelley went to Habit Drive in the St. Robert area to find the owner of a stray horse.
She heard a 72-year-old woman who had fell the day before, barely able to yell for help.
After breaking in the door, the deputy got the elderly woman to the hospital for medical care.
