Indian Ridge Resort Up For Auction

Back in 2006, a developer broke ground on an area called Indian Ridge Resort along Highway 76 in Stone County. But funding dried up and with buyers and construction crews wanting their money back, a judge has ordered the place go up for auction July 30-th. An auctioneer says a starting bid of $550,000 is a steal. There are 13 structures on the 25 acres.
