Ground Broken For New Springfield Basketball Facility
Finding a place to play basketball in Springfield will be easier next year, when the city's newest sports facility opens at Kingsley and Cox Road.
A spokesman says the Fieldhouse will host regional tournaments that will have an impact beyond the locker room.
The Fieldhouse will be setting up local leagues later this year.
The 48,000 square foot facility will open in 2013.
