Springfield Fire Investigators Turn To ATF For Help
Computer technology may help fire investigators come up with unseen clues from a blaze that killed two brothers on North Concord in Springfield back in May. Assistant Fire Chief Randy Vilines tells KTTS News information will be loaded into a Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco computer where different scenarios will be evaluated through software. Investigators will then be able to compare computer models with what actually happened. Police are also involved with the investigation but a fire marshall says that is no reason to believe there was a crime.
