College Street Corridor Plan Ready
Plans to upgrade historic College Street in Springfield are taking shape on the west end of old Route 66 near Kansas.
Among the long term proposals - a park along old Route 66, walking trails and green space, art studios and antique shops among other businesses.
The city has spent the better part of a year getting input from folks on what they'd like to see.
The plan will be unveiled today from four to six p.m. at Mother's Brewery at Grant and College.
