Update: Patrol Releases Names Of Men Rescued By Off-Duty Firefighters Near Kimberling City
The Highway Patrol says two men from Kimberling City were taken to a hospital in Springfield, one by air ambulance after their car crashed in Stone County.
Damon Cox and Jeremy Dunkle were found by some off-duty firefighters who noticed skid marks going off Little Aunt's Creek Road, three miles west of Kimberling City.
They stopped and checked things out and saw the car at the bottom of a hill.
The men were trapped in the car and did not have a cell phone with them
Dunkle suffered serious injuries and was flown by air ambulance to Springfield, and Cox has moderate injuries.
