Shell Knob Man Charged In Hit And Run Traffic Death

The Barry County prosecutor has filed involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident charges against a man from Shell Knob accused in the hit and run death of a motorcyclist near Highway 39 and YY. Court records show Nicholas Kulhanek was drunk when he caused the crash that killed Aaron Poston Wednesday evening. Additional charges are pending. Kulhanek is being held on a $250 thousand dollar bond.
