Governor Nixon signed a bill into law today that helps protect seniors and people with disabilities. He says each year our elders are swindled out of 2.6 billion dollars. This new law makes it easier for prosecutors to go after anyone, even if that person carries the title of 'legal guardian' or 'power of attorney'.
