Arkansas Sues Travel Agency That Took Band Money
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas' attorney general has filed a lawsuit against a travel agent who allegedly took hundreds of thousands of dollars from two marching bands without delivering on their promised trips to Hawaii.
Attorney General Dustin McDaniel yesterday filed a consumer protection lawsuit against Ope Saaga.
McDaniel claims the company used the money for other purposes instead.
