(MSU Athletics) -- Missouri State University has announced its football season ticket packages for the 2012 season with a five-game home slate awaiting Bears fans this fall.
The home opener for the Bears' 101st campaign will take place under the lights on Saturday, Sept. 15 against Murray State. The 7 p.m. start will feature an impressive list of pregame and postgame festivities being planned around the community event at Plaster Sports Complex.
MSU will then open its conference schedule at home on Sept. 22 against rival Southern Illinois on Family Weekend and Military Appreciation Day. The Bears then play host to Missouri Valley Football Conference newcomer South Dakota on Oct. 13 on Showcase weekend and youth day, before a Homecoming clash with Western Illinois on Oct. 27. The home schedule concludes with senior day on Nov. 3 against defending Division I FCS champion North Dakota State.
All home games, except the home opener against Murray State, are slated to start at 1 p.m.
Adult season ticket packages begin at $50 for reserved bleachers with reserved bleacher-back seat packages for $80 and upper-level chairback seats for $100.
Discounted packages are available for seniors 55 and older, Missouri State faculty and staff, and children 12 and under. MSU faculty and staff packages begin at just $25. Family Four Packs are also available again this season for just $120 and include two adult and two children's reserved bleacher tickets for all five home games.
Single-game tickets will be available beginning in early August. Missouri State students are admitted free to all home games with a valid BearPass ID.
