Teenager Charged With Murder In Joplin

Police in Joplin are looking for a teenager charged with murder. 17-year-old Daniel Hartman from Tulsa is on the run after police found the body of 23-year-old Jacob Wages at his home. Police won't say how he died. Hartman is charged with first-degree murder and burglary. Two other men have been arrested on burglary charges.
