Springfield Beats Midland 2-1 In 11 Innings

The Springfield Cardinals snapped a three game losing streak in dramatic fashion on Sunday in Midland.
Xavier Scruggs hit a home run in the top of the 11th lifting the Cardinals to a 2-1 victory.
The "Cards were held scoreless until the 8th, when they tied the game at a run a piece.
The double A Cards continue their series in Frisco tonight at 6:30, with Seth Maness on the mound.
With the victory, Springfield moves to four games above .500 and 45-41.
