Update: CU Says 700 Remain In The Dark Following Storms

Edited news release from City Utilities:
CU electric crews continue repairs as they restore power to customers affected from today's storms. The storm impacted 70 of the feeder areas over the entire CU service territory.
At the peak 2,500 of CU's 110,000 customers reported a power outage due to the storm.
As of 10pm, approximately 700 calls remain in the system and are being worked as rapidly and as safely as possible.
Due to the level of damage, some of these repairs will be underway during the overnight hours.
