Update: No Signs Of Foul Play In Fatal Apartment Fire

The McDonald County sheriff says there are no immediate signs of foul play after a deadly apartment fire in Noel.
A five-year-old girl was found dead inside a small bedroom.
"The little ended up being trapped in the house," says Sheriff Robert Evensen. "Actually her father ended up being injured tryin' to get back into the house to get her."
The father suffered serious injuries and had to be airlifted to a Springfield hospital.
Evensen says all three units were destroyed.
The state fire marshal is still looking for the cause.
