5 Year Anniversary Of Murder Of Rolland Comstock
It was five years ago today, that Rolland Comstock's assistant Becky Frakes found the body of the noted attorney from Springfield on the floor of his mansion near McDaniel Lake in north Springfield.
He had been shot four times.
Nobody has ever been arrested or charged in the case.
A year ago, a jury in Greene County, awarded his daughter, Faith, $125,000 in a wrongful death suit she filed against her mother and Comstock's ex-wife, Alberta.
Faith Comstock claimed her mother was responsilble for her father's death.
Becky Frakes knows the killer is still out there, and she's urging anyone who knows anything to contact authorities, because in her words, "Rolland deserves closure."
