State Supreme Court Granting Access To Info About Bad Attorneys
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri residents will now be able to get more information about disciplinary actions that have been taken against attorneys who are being investigated for misconduct. A state supreme court order that took effect yesterday grants public access to misconduct cases when the state Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel files a charge with an advisory panel.
