Storms Briefly Knock Out Power In Parts Of Springfield
Some area of east Springfield picked up between two and half and three inches of rain from the thunderstorms the rolled through the Ozarks overnight.
Those same storms also briefly knocked out power to about 130 customers of Springfield City Utilities.
The National Weather Service recorded only one-tenth of an inch of rain at the Springfield-Branson National airport.
There are no reports of any damage and nobody was hurt.
