Kraft Food Expansion Awaits Springfield City Council Go-Ahead
A multi-million dollar bond proposal is expected to remain on the table after tonight's City Council meeting in Springfield.
Members will vote on a bond funding agreement with Kraft Foods.
The company wants to upgrade parts of its aging plant off east Bennett, expanding operations.
