The city of Joplin continues to rebuild after a tornado destroyed parts of their city.  Today the community could have 99 concrete storm shelters to use or distribute in the future.  FEMA has already put some at a places like mobile home parks, schools, and other public buildings.  Other places that could get shelters could be the health department, nursing homes, and other city buildings.
