Suspect in Shooting Near MSU Arrested in Los Angeles

A man suspected of a killing in central Springfield back in May has been arrested in California.
Records show Joshua Kirkland Brown is being held without bail in Los Angeles. The 21-year-old was picked up Tuesday.
He is accused of shooting Javon Carter in the face and arm. at a home in the 1100 block of Maryland Street.
Carter later died from those injuries.
