Amtrak Announces Adjustment to Missouri River Runner Schedule

Railroad travel between St. Louis and Kansas City will be shifting schedules for the next few months. MoDOT says crews will be working on the Union Pacific tracks west of Jefferson City.

Track work on the Union Pacific Railroad tracks west of Jefferson City will affect Amtrak Missouri River Runner Trains 311, 314 and 316 between July 9 and Oct. 20.

·        Train 311 which operates between St. Louis and Kansas City, will depart at 7:15 a.m. All subsequent arrivals and departures will occur two hours earlier than normally scheduled.
·        Train 314 which operates from Kansas City to St. Louis will depart at 7:15 a.m. All subsequent arrivals and departures will occur one hour earlier than normally scheduled.
·        Train 316 which operates from Kansas City to St. Louis will depart at 5 p.m. All subsequent arrivals and departures will occur one hour later than normally scheduled.
