Greene Judges Recuse Themselves From Johnson Assault Case
The Missouri supreme court will appoint a special judge to hear the deviate sexual assault charges against Springfield divorce attorney Darryl Johnson Jr.
All of the judges in Greene County have recused themselves from the case.
Johnson, who has pleaded not guilty, is charged with groping a former female client.
The charges were filed last week by a special prosecutor.
