Springfield Attorney Charged With Deviate Sexual Assault
A prominent divorce attorney from Springfield has pleaded not guilty to charges of deviate sexual assault.
A former client of Darryl Johnson Junior accused him of groping her back in 2010.
The charges were filed by a special prosecutor appointed by the Greene County prosecutor's office.
According to court papers, the woman claims she was assaulted by Johnson on two occasions.
Johnson''s next court appearance is at the end of July.
